WEBCASTS

Option 1:

To join a webcast by telephone only, call toll-free (877) 668-4493 (US/CN). When prompted by the recorded operator, enter the access code or meeting number followed by #. Simply enter # again when prompted for your attendee ID number* (attendee IDs are assigned to online webcast participants only).

 

Option 2:

To participate in the full webcast, you may choose to access the audio component by telephone or stream the audio through your computer speakers. Simply follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. A few minutes before the scheduled start of the webcast, go to https://nikken.webex.com.
  2. Under "If you know the meeting number, join here:" enter the access code or meeting number and press "Join".
  3. On the next screen, enter your last name, first name and the password nikken (password is all lower-case letters).
  4. Select your preferred method for accessing the audio component.
    To use your telephone, you may either:
    • Enter your telephone number where prompted on your computer screen. The WebEx system will dial you at the phone number you indicate to connect you to the webcast. Answer the call and press 1 on your telephone keypad.
      OR
    • You may opt to call in. Call toll free (877) 668-4493 (US/CN). When the recorded operator requests it, enter the access code or meeting number followed by #. When prompted, enter your attendee ID number* followed by #.

      *Your attendee ID number can be found under the Event Info tab in the upper left of your computer screen. If you cannot find your attendee ID number (assigned when you log onto the WebEx site), just press # again when the number is requested by the recorded operator.
    To use your computer speakers, select the button "Call using computer" on your screen. The WebEx audio player will begin loading on your computer automatically (takes only a few seconds), and the audio component of the webcast will stream directly through your computer speakers. Using this method, no attendee ID number is needed.

Important reminders:

  • Plan to join the web meeting at least five minutes prior to the scheduled start of the webcast to allow adequate time for your computer to properly set up.
  • If you choose to stream the audio component, be sure your computer speakers are turned on with the volume at a comfortable setting prior to logging on.
  • Only those using their computers will have access to the online Q&A, chat and "hand raised" functions.
  • All attendees (telephone and computer) are muted by default and will not be able to verbally communicate with the webcast host. If the webcast includes a Q&A portion, the host will have the ability to unmute individual participants who select the "hand raised", chat or Q&A functions. Only online participants have access to these functions.
  • During the webcast, the host�s telephone line is engaged by WebEx. Therefore, the host is unable to answer any telephone calls until after the conclusion of the webcast.

Conference calls are recorded for your convenience. Bookmark this page to access audio files of any calls you may have missed during the previous month. Please allow at least 72 hours for completed calls to be posted online. In order to keep a call permanently you may download the recording and save it to your own computer.
