How to Join
Option 1:
To join by telephone only, call toll-free 1-877-668-4490 (US/CN), enter the meeting number followed by #, then press # again ( no attendee ID number is necessary).
*Please note the new phone number listed for webcasts.
Option 2:
To participate in the full webcast, follow these simple step-by-step instructions:
- A few minutes before the scheduled start of the event, go to https://nikken.webex.com.
- Enter the meeting number, followed by your name and e-mail.
- Enter the meeting password, nikken12, and click "Join Now". Check the screen for your attendee ID number, which you’ll need to access the audio portion of the training*.
- Call toll-free 1-877-668-4490 (US/CN), and enter the meeting number then #. Enter your attendee ID number and press # again (click the “Info” tab on your computer screen if you have not already received this number)**.
* For participants in the online portion, you must log into the Web event before joining the audio portion of the call.
**Note: For immediate assistance in the event of technical difficulties during these calls, contact the WebEx support line at 866-229-3239.
Important reminders:
- You must use the dial-in number to hear the audio component of the Webcast. The online login does not include audio (sound).
- Plan to join the web meeting at least five minutes prior to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time to allow time to have your computer properly set up.
- Only those participating in the online portion will have access to verbal and online Q&A and chat tools.
